In order to understand the campaign statistics, it is important to understand some terms. Just for you, we prepared a brief explanation of these terms:

  • Delivered – Number of emails delivered on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Opens – Total number of registered openings on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Open Rate – Percentage of opens performed on the delivered emails on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Clicks – Total number of registered clicks on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Click Rate – Percentage of clicks performed on the delivered emails on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Unique Clicks – Total number of unique clicks registered on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Click-through rate (CTR) ou Click-through Open rate – Percentage of clicks registered over the number of opens on a specified period (per campaign);
  • Current Bid – The CPC (Cost per Click) you have at the current time;
  • CPC Average – Average cost in a specific period regarding a specific campaign;
  • CPM (Cost per Thousand Impressions/Opens) – The cost for each thousand sent emails on the specified period (per campaign).
